Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on June 15, 2022 found that Caregivers America Home Health Services, Llc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a federal recertification survey completed on March 28, 2022.
